Just in time for OSCAR weekend in Los Angeles, Integrity Toys cordially invites you to the collector event of the year!
This year, Integrity Toys rolls out the red carpet and invites you to its 10th official convention! To celebrate this unique milestone in the company's history, we are bringing you a newly revamped formula with tons of goodies in store. This year's convention includes a fabulous new design competition that has a giant twist in store for the winner, workshops hosted by Integrity Toys designers and contributors, an updated Color Infusion Lab and most importantly, an additional meal function on Friday night!
So, join us at the Century Plaza Hyatt Hotel in Los Angeles from October 31-November 2, 2013 for the most anticipated collector event of the year!
About THE PREMIERE
Why THE PREMIERE? Because it's our first time on the West Coast, but more importantly because it's time for renewal! For 10 amazing years now, the Integrity Toys convention has grown to become one of the most talked about collector events of the year. The entire team felt that to keep the formula fresh, it was time for us to take a good look at everything that we do and see what worked and what needed improvement or updating to ensure that you, our valued guests, have the best time possible! So, be gone with the old and in with the new! This is an exciting time for our event!
So, what's new this year?
Plenty! Here's a highlight of the major changes you can expect to see this year:
- We are releasing the convention information much sooner this year to help everyone plan their vacation with us and have plenty of time to fully participate and appreciate the convention even more! The more time sensitive forms and information can be downloaded immediately and the full registration package, which will include the links to sign up for the workshops and other goodies, will be released on approximately April 15th, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- We are replacing the Friday night party with an actual full-on dinner that will feature new stage games and of course, more swag and an additional centerpiece!
- The design competition is completely revamped and the winner will get the chance of seeing his or her creation produced and made into an actual doll that will be offered in one of our lines in 2014!
- Following the enormous success of the Color Infusion Lab in 2012, we are increasing the edition sizes of the various products offered at the Lab to make sure there's plenty for everyone attending the convention.
- Our workshops will be taught either by Integrity Toys Designers or long time collaborators only and we will be offering improved workshop kits for each class.
- We will be unveiling a big surprise as far as the convention collection is concerned later this year!
- Based on all of the feedback that we've received, we are taking steps to address the wait line issue at our event and this year we are trying a new system to help reduce, if not eliminate, wait lines completely (more information on that below).

Many of our guests have been with us since the beginning of our convention events and it's time to commemorate those stars with a little VIP treatment. Calling all designers... This year, it's your time to shine!
Dazzling celebrities walking down the red carpet of life, that's what our favorite dolls are! This year, we want to shine the spotlight on all of the really talented individuals who are part of our amazing industry and give someone the chance to shine! With this said, for the first time ever this year, our design competition features the mother of all prizes: the chance for the winning entry to be made into an actual production doll! The winning designer will receive 5 production dolls and a newly designed gold Integrity Toys 1:6 scale statuette for their efforts.

Register early and be the first in line at the convention!
Based on the feedback that we received from our last few conventions, we are trying something new this year to help control the problem of the ever-growing wait lines at our event.
How this will work:
- This year, each guest will receive a number based on the date/time stamp of his or her registration invoice. Therefore, the sooner you register for the convention, the lower your number will be.
- In order to eliminate wait lines as much as possible, the souvenir shop hours will be divided in "shifts" and customers with lower numbers will get to go in first.
- There will be no need to stand in line for interminable hours in front of the store. All you will have to do is to show up at the appointed time and show your number! (More details and exact schedule will be sent via email ahead of the convention to help you plan your trip better).

CHANGES TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to past experience, starting this year if you purchase a registration package and for whatever reason you need to cancel before the cancellation deadline, a non-refundable administrative fee of $75.00 will be applicable no matter if you paid for the convention fees in full or using the installment plan. We will no longer be flexible on this. So, please make sure that you take all of the expenses to attend the convention (air fare, hotel stay, shopping, etc; etc.) into account before purchasing a registration package.
This year's refund / cancellation deadline is August 31st, 2013 (60 days prior to the start of the event). No refunds will be possible after this date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS / PROXIES:
If for whatever reason you register for the convention and cannot attend in person, please note that we accept proxies (someone who can attend as your representative to collect the official convention souvenirs). Please note, however, that for the first time this year, registration transfers will only be accepted until OCTOBER 1st, 2013.
After this date, if you cannot attend the convention for any given reason, requests for registration transfers will not be accepted. Please note that if you use a proxy for this convention, this transaction is between you and this proxy and you must make sure that this person sends you the items from the convention. Integrity Toys, the Convention Team or the W Club are not responsible for this transaction.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):
Is the convention open to everyone or is it for W Club members only?
As always, our convention is all-inclusive and welcomes all doll collectors and their family and friends. Aside from the members only breakout luncheon, the convention is open to anyone 10 years and up, W Club member or not. However, W Club members are extended a 48 hours "first to know" registration period before the convention goes public and each W Club member may register with one (1) guest only. This year, convention registration is limited to 450 guests total and is being offered on a "first come, first served" basis. Once the convention sells out, we will go into "wait list" mode and should your name end up on the wait list, you will be contacted only if a spot becomes available.
This is my first convention and I'm not sure what to expect. Where can I talk about the convention with other guests? Wasn't there a dedicated online convention forum for a previous year?
Yes there was, however, since the majority of convention goers are W Club members, it has been our experience that having an additional forum on our site was a little redundant as very few users actually registered for it, preferring instead the W Club Forum as their platform of choice to discuss the convention. With this said, please note that any pertinent convention related information will be released on the official Integrity Toys site as well as our Facebook page. This new priority wait line number idea has me very concerned. What if I can't be at the convention early enough to take advantage of my low number?
As you know, this is our 10th convention and realistically, it has been our experience that about 75 to 80% of our guests are already at the hotel by noon on the first day of the convention. The IT store will open at noon on Thursday October 31st, 2013 and guests with the lowest numbers will be allowed in first. If you have a low number and cannot be there at the appointed time, we will do what we can to let you in at the next available time slot. More details about how this new wait list system will be handled at the convention will be sent in the registration package.
I can't attend the convention and so can I purchase an absentee package?
No. In order to make our events successful, we need a maximum number of guests to attend in person. Also, it would not be fair to those guests who go through the expense of air fare, hotel, etc; etc. to join us for this celebration if we simply sold our registration packages to non-attending customers.
I can't attend the convention, so can my friend pick up my convention goodies for me?
If your friend is already a guest of the 2013 convention, then no, we do not allow guests to pick up more that one set of souvenirs. You may however find someone to attend the convention for you and act as a proxy on your behalf or sell your registration package and have it transferred to another name. To add a proxy or transfer your registration package to someone else, contact us immediately as we will only allow this until October 1st, 2013. Any registration requests received after that date will not be honored and you will lose your convention fees as the cancellation date of August 31st, 2013 will also have passed. Please note that a $20.00 administrative fee will be applicable for adding a proxy to your registration or transfers. Please contact email@example.com for details if you need to do this before October 1st, 2013.
As a reminder, if you use a proxy for this convention, this transaction is between you and this proxy and you must make sure that this person sends you the items from the convention. Integrity Toys, the Convention Team or the W Club are not responsible for this transaction.
I have a proxy, can Integrity Toys ship my goodies to me after the convention?
We will have a shipping station available at the event, however, your proxy is responsible for collecting the souvenirs on your behalf throughout the weekend, package them and ship them to you. We will not collect souvenirs on your behalf, this is what a proxy is for. Also, please note that we will not be responsible if souvenirs are missing or if your proxy forgets to mail you a souvenir. Please make sure the person you chose as your proxy has your trust.
I plan on attending the convention, however I am not a US citizen and will be traveling from another country. What if I am denied entry in the US for any reason, will you refund my convention package or ship my convention goodies to me after the event?
No. Please note that if you are traveling from a foreign country, it is your responsibility to make sure that all the necessary travel documents (passport, visa etc.) that you might need to enter the United States are in order ahead of time. Please note that Integrity Toys will not issue invitation letters for temporary travel visas. If you have never traveled to the US before, please inquire about what documents are required for you to visit the US based on your country of origin BEFORE you purchase a registration ticket for our event. Please note that the cancellation policy will be applicable should you need to cancel because you have not been able to secure the appropriate travel documents.
This registration information is not complete. Where's the information about the convention collection, table hosting, workshop registration etc?
This year we are trying something new to give our guests the maximum of time to prepare for what's coming this year at the convention. This initial information release contains the more time sensitive information that you will need to make an educated choice about attending the event and includes the various themes of the workshops and the design competition so you can start designing your competition entries should you chose to enter this year's fabulous competition and also, allow you to decide which of our workshops you plan registering for. Please note that the full registration package containing the links to register for the workshops, table hosting and the convention collection will be sent out on approximately Monday April 22nd, 2013 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
