BIC LTD. is now out of business.
Dear Collectors:
As some of you may have learned already from various sources online, doll dealer BIC in Japan has shut down their website and is currently not conducting business. Unfortunately, at this time nor us or any of our other contacts in Japan are able to give us further details on what is actually going on or as to the whereabouts of Ms. Kazue Shimoyama, owner of BIC.
With this said, please note that as of immediately, BIC has been removed from our official list of authorized dealers.
If you or anyone you know has placed pre-orders with BIC for any of the previously announced 2011 products, we highly recommend that you immediately contact either your credit card processor or Paypal (depending on how you paid) to immediately place a claim to get your money back. Once this is done, please contact Integrity at customerservice@integritytoys.com with proof of your original order (scan of order receipt or emails) and we will do our best to accommodate you to make sure you are able to get the products you want directly from us, FOR THIS ONE TIME ONLY.
In the interim, if you live in any Asian country and would like to order our products, you may still do so from our other remaining Asian dealers, here's the list as a reminder:

All PDF files will be made available for your convenience in a printable text only format as well should you need to have a hard copy of these texts. For a long long time now, collectors have been asking us for a more robust site that would act as a central catalog for everything we do and here it is! With just a few clicks of your mouse, you will now be able to tour all of our brands under one convenient roof! Please note that we still have a few wrinkles to iron out and pictures to upload in the FR archive, but for the most part, we are in business. If a few functions are still a little slow, please note that we are still actively fine tuning the site, so this is normal and we would like to thank you for your patience.
