Shipping FAQs

Please take the time to read this page carefully before contacting us with questions about our various shipping procedures since most questions can typically be answered here before you contact us.
About Our Dolls
All the dolls on our site are fully dressed, are made of plastic and have rooted hair. We do not produce wigged dolls. Our dolls are either 12-inch or 16-inch in scale depending on the brands.
In-Stock Products
All the dolls in this store are in-stock unless otherwise marked. If you do not see a doll in this shopping cart, then we do not have it in-stock.
Combined Shipping
Only items on the same invoice will be shipped together. Once an order has been placed, we cannot re-open it to add more items, so please plan ahead.
If two or more people want their items shipped together, make sure to put all full names in the "comments" section of the invoice. 
If you would like all of your items to be shipped together, click on one link and put it in your cart. Then, paste the other link(s) into your browser and complete your transaction. All items need to be on the same invoice/order to combine shipping.
We will not be able to cancel orders or combine shipping once you have placed orders separately in the cart, so please do this carefully or ask us for help, if needed, in advance of placing your order.
Sales Tax
Only residents of the state of Maryland will be subjected to a sales tax at checkout since this is the state we are located in. For the moment, international and out of state residents are not charged additional taxes at checkout.
Shipping and Handling Pricing
Our cart will automatically offer you multiple shipping options on our check out page. Please note that all shipping quotes shown are “real time”, which means that the pricing is pulled directly from the carrier’s database and are exact.
-Please make sure that you review the different options available and select the appropriate shipping choice for you.
-Do not complete your payment with an incorrect shipping method,  as we cannot change invoices once the payment has been processed. 
Shipping Address
  • Please make sure that your shipping address is correct in the  "Ship To" section of the check out page, as this is where your item will be sent and it cannot be changed on your invoice once submitted.
  • Shipping addresses can be changed in the address book on the checkout page or in your account profile.
  • Any addresses put into paypal or in the comments section of the invoice will not be honored.
Order Processing and Timing
Please note that your order may not be shipped the very same day that you place it in the shopping cart. Although IT tries to get orders out as soon as possible, at peak times, it may take a few extra days for the warehouse staff to process all of the orders received. Also, please note that we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be shipped on the following business day when we re-open. Your patience is always appreciated.
Order Tracking
If you are looking for the shipping status of an order you placed recently, make sure you are signed-in first, then access "My Account". Once shipped, your order will change from "Processed" to "Shipped" and the tracking number will appear in the order history. Please note that transit times are out of our control once your order has been dispatched.
A note about Priority Mail Tracking Numbers
If you selected Priority Mail from the post office as your preferred shipping method, please note that the post office recycles tracking numbers.  Please wait until at least 12 hours after you have received a tracking number from our warehouse before tracking your package online, as the  information (destination address) that you will get may not be correct until the package has been scanned and received by the post office for  the first time.
Yes, we ship internationally!
If you have never ordered from us before and are wondering about shipping estimates to your location, please do not contact us. Instead, create an account in the shopping cart (if you do not already have one) and put an item in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Once you are on the checkout page and you have entered your address, our system will give you real-time shipping quotes which you can use to decide which shipping methods best suits your need.
About the “First-Class International” Shipping Method
Remember, if  you select the "First Class International" shipping option as your preferred shipping method, you are doing so at your own risk as those parcels are not insured and no refund will be given if your package does not reach its destination for any reason. You accept the full responsibility of this choice. Also, there is a weight limit for this service, which is usually around 5 lbs. If you are purchasing multiple figures and "First Class" is not offered in the cart, we are sorry, but this is out of IT's control. 
First Class Tracking Numbers
First Class tracking numbers usually take longer to be updated in the USPS postal system and this is normal. Note that there is nothing we can do if your package is stalled or seems to not be moving for a long time. Note that while your package is in transit to your country, these tracking numbers do not update and the entry shown on the USPS site reflect the last scan that was taken before the packets are sent abroad. These codes will not update again until they have reached your country. If the package is actually lost, we have to wait 30 days from the dispatch date before we can place any kind of claim with the post office. Please do not inquire about your order if it has been less than 30 days, our staff will not be able to help.
Special Customs Requests
Please note that for legal and insurance purposes, we will not mark down or make false declarations on customs forms. We kindly ask that you do not contact us to see if we can lower the actual value of your order on customs forms, we will not do it and such requests will be ignored.
